2. Touch Phone to store new data in the phone's internal SD card storage, or touch SD
card to save new items in an optional installed microSD card.

Storage: User Application Space

You can install apps into the user application space. This space also stores data such as your
text messages, contacts you created or synchronized to your phone, account settings, and more.
When you connect your phone to your computer, this space is not accessible from your
computer.
The contents in the user application space will be erased when you do a factory reset. Make
sure to back up your data before the factory reset.

Internal SD Card Storage Settings (Internal Phone Memory)

The internal SD card storage is your internal phone memory where you can store your files. You
can view this storage space and format (erase) this space.
When you connect your phone to your computer, this space is accessible and you can copy files
between the phone and the computer.
When you do a factory reset, you can choose whether to erase data in this storage or not.
To view the internal phone memory space:

To erase the internal phone memory:
1. Touch

STORAGE section.
2. Touch Erase internal SD card > Erase internal SD card > Erase everything.
If you have a pattern, PIN, or password screen lock set, you will need to enter it
before erasing the phone memory.
Note: The formatting procedure erases all the data in the storage, after which the files CANNOT
be retrieved. To prevent the loss of important data, please check the contents before you format
the storage.
Settings
> Settings > Storage and scroll to the USER APPLICATION SPACE
> Settings > Storage and scroll to the INTERNAL SD CARD
> Settings > Storage and scroll to the INTERNAL SD CARD
