Modify the way of LED display for HTP test and always not to display UART External
Loopback test item.
(1) normal case: SYS LED blinking per 1 second.

Symptom: In VPN-Summary, the content of rules number greater than 5 are not
updated.
Condition: 1. Configure VPN rule 6 & save
2. Delete VPN rule 6
3. In VPN-Summary page, rule 6 still exist.
2. [BUG FIXED]
Symptom: CI-command "ip smtp sendmail" cause device reboot.
Condition: Type CI-command "ip smtp sendmail" will cause device reboot.
3. [BUG FIXED]
Symptom: Not update DNS information.
Condition: If ISP assigns different DNS after PPP connection, the device will
not update the DNS information.

Known Issues:

1. AX/4000 will occur PRBS Bit Error Count.
2. Manufactory Data in Bootbase
1). Setup 2 remote node, node 1 is RFC-1483 bridge mode.node 2 is
routing mode with PPPoE nailed-up.
2). Actuality, node 2 just there and do nothing.
3). Heavy traffic through our device will cause qlm error.
