Loading motor ass'y
1. Remove the belt.
2. Remove the 2 screws(@, @).
3. Release the 2 claws and then remove the loading motor
ass'y.

2. Remove the 3 screws( @~ @).
3. Remove the main P.C.B. in the direction of arrow.

4. Attach the loading unit to the unit.
5. Connect the 3 flat cables(CN401, CN402, CN403)to the
corresponding terminals on the main P.C.B.
6. Connect the main P.C.B. ground terminal(LINE OUT
terminal)to the rear panel ass'y with a lead wire.
7. When checking the soldered surface of the main P.C.B.
and replacing the parts, do as shown.
¢ When checking the soldered surface of the servo P.C.B.
and replacing the parts, do as shown.
SL-P2000
3. Attach the front panel ass'y to the unit.
4. When checking the soldered surface of the power supply
P.C.B. and replacing the parts, do as shown.
1. Remove the 7 screws(@~ @).
2. Remove the power supply P.C.B..
Mi HANDLING P.C.B. WITH DUAL DC POWER SUPPLY OF DIGITAL
LINEAR SERVO CIRCUIT
To make the SL-P2000 more refined, the digital servo circuit uses a dual DC power supply for its driverstage.
For
this reason, the present circuit diagram and printed circuit board used in the SL-PS700 and SL-PS900
have been
modified.
Caution:
The new servo P.C.B. (marked with
© and white line) for the SL-P2000 cannot be replaced by the
present servo P.C.B. used in the SL-PS700 and SL-PS900.
Refer to "How to distinguish New P.C.B.".

The
present
servo
P.C.B.
(without
the
@
mark
and
white
line), if improperly
used
for the
SL-P2000, may cause a short-circuit between P. Vee (—) and GND.
e Changes in the Circuit
The new digital linear servo P.C.B. is similar in shape to the present digital linear servo P.C.B., with the circuit
modified as follows.
