at factory.

• Image data files recorded

by your camcorder

Rules for Camera
File Systems
universal
standard
established
by the JEIDA
(Japan Electronic
Industry
Development
Association).
You cannot play back on your
camcorder
still images
recorded
on other equipment
(DCR-TRV890E/TRV900/
TRV900E or DSC-D700/D770)
that does not conform
with this universal
standard.

are not sold in some areas.)
• If you cannot
use the "Memory
Stick" that has been used on other equipment,
format
the "Memory
Stick" on your camcorder
following
the steps on page 67. Note that all
images
on the "Memory
Stick" will be deleted
if you format it.
