Recommended Actions Recommended Actions
Add fuel and move the fuel valve to the ON position.
Check the fuel supply and valves.[
Check the fuel lines and fuel tank.
Replace the solenoid.[
Replace the fuel feed pump.[
Reset the breaker and check for AC voltage at the generator
side of the circuit breaker.
Move the transfer switch test switch to the AUTO position.
Check for continuity.
Test and/or replace the rotor.[
Test and/or replace the stator.[
Tighten loose components.[
Adjust the voltage regulator.
Replace the voltage regulator fuse, If the fuse blows again,
troubleshoot the voltage regulator.
Restore the oil level. Inspect the generator set for oil leaks.
Check the oil level.
Replace the switch.
Change the oil. Use oil with a viscosity suitable for the operating
climate.
