For the beef fillet
1 kg beef fillet, ready to cook
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
For frying
1 tbsp. oil

Preparation
Start the Automatic programme or pre-
heat the oven.
Heat the oil in a pan and sear the beef
fillet all over (approx. 1 minute per side).
Remove the beef fillet. Mix together the
oil, salt and pepper; then coat the beef
fillet with it.
Place the fillet of beef onto the
universal tray and slide into the oven
compartment. Cook the beef fillet.
