3. IQC Test
The Incoming Quality Control (IQC) test is done to make sure the touchscreen is working correctly
before commencing integration into the product.
Note: For doing touch calibration only, IQC test can be skipped
3.1 Warnings
Unpack the touchscreen assembly carefully making sure you don't disturb the cameras or retro tape
supports.
When handling the circuit board, use standard anti-ESD precautions.
Each set of touchscreen module has its own controller BD. Please do not mix it with other
touchscreen module. Please check S/N on controller BD, left camera and right camera to make
sure all of them are same set.

3.2 Procedure
1. Place the touchscreen assembly onto flat area or jigs.
2. Connect the camera FFCs to the controller board.
3. Connect the USB cable from the controller board to the PC.
4. Run the NextWindow's IQC program and click [Start].
5. The program detects the touchscreen and runs various checks:
Check VID / PID Check Serial Number and Model Number Check Firmware Version Check
Linearise Coefficients
6. The program displays the identifying information and then prompts you to enter or scan the
barcode of the unit.
