2-7 "USB not recognized" message appears on screen
To remedy, unplug the USB cable, then plug in the USB cable again.
If the above remedy does not work, try restarting the computer.
2-8 Uninstalling and Reinstalling the USB device
Uninstall the USB device in Device manager.
Connect the USB cable from the monitor to the computer.
Once the cable is connected, the computer automatically detects the USB device (the monitor)
and, after a short pause, displays a series of messages on screen.
(Note: the computer only displays the above message the first time you plug in the USB cable.
The next time you plug in the cable, the computer will be already configured for the device.)
3. Calibrating the Touch Screen
This procedure may be necessary if, for example, the cursor does not accurately follow a finger when
touching the screen. The calibration routine is initiated from NextWindow's TSCU utility program on
Windows XP and Vista.
Note: On Windows 7 please use the built in Win 7 utility for calibrating touch screens. This can be
found in Control Panel - Tablet PC Settings.
