1.2 Process Overview
The touchscreen setup and testing is divided into the following procedures, which are generally done
at different stations on the production line:
Procedures
Step 1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Test
Step 2. Power on the display and burn in for 30 min
Step 3. Follow the procedure of "Setup the touchscreen" to do calibration
Step 4. Check the difference between pen and cursor again
Note: Step1 IQC test can be skipped if only doing touch calibration
Note: Step3 calibration must be finished within 10 minutes
Note: Total time for Step2 + Step3 must be finished within 40 minutes.
Duration control requirement:
Burn in
≧30 minutes
Note: If can't meet above duration control requirement, touch accuracy will be impacted. You have
to turn off the display and wait for at least1 hour to let the display cool, then, restart to do Step
2 and Step3
2. Software Install Procedure
1. Unzip " NW_IQC_LF_1.0.0.46_install"
2. Install "NW_IQC_LF_1.0.0.46_install.exe"
Calibration Burn in + Calibration
< 10 minutes.
