2. Error definition and error detection method
An error in which signals from more than one indoor units with the same address are received
The address and attribute that appear on the remote controller indicate the controller that detected the error.
3. Cause, check method and remedy
(1)
Two or more of the following have the same address: Heat
source units, indoor units, LOSSNAY units, controllers such
as M-NET remote controllers.
<Example>
6600 "01" appears on the remote controller
Unit #01 detected the error.
Two or more units in the system have 01 as their address.
Electrical noise on the transmission wire distorted the

The error detected when transmission processor cannot distinguish the polarities of the M-NET transmission line.
3. Cause, check method and remedy
(1)
No voltage is applied to the M-NET transmission line
that AG-150A/GB-50ADA/GB-24A, PAC-YG50ECA,
BAC-HD150 is connected to.
(2)
M-NET transmission line to which AG-150A/GB-
50ADA/GB-24A, PAC-YG50ECA, BAC-HD150 is
connected is short-circuited is short-circuited.

Check method and remedy
Find the unit that has the same address as that of the
error source.
Once the unit is found, correct the address. Then,
turn off the heat source units, indoor units, and
LOSSNAY units, keep them all turned off for at least
five minutes, and turn them back on.
When air conditioning units are operating normally de-
spite the address overlap error.
Check the transmission wave shape and noise on the
transmission line.
See the section "Investigation of Transmission Wave
Shape/Noise."
Check method and remedy
Check if power is supplied to the M-NET transmission
line of the AG-150A/GB-50ADA/GB-24A, PAC-
YG50ECA, BAC-HD150, and correct any problem
found.
