Cleanlng the display screen
The face of the display screen will, in time, accumulate a coating of dust which tends to dim
the picture. Qean lightly with a soft cloth, moistened with alcohol or cleaning fluid if desired.
Do not use excess pressure; you may scratch the surface.
Fuse replacement
To protect the equipment from serious damage, a lOA (for 12VDC mains) or a 5A (for
24/32VDC mains) fuse is provided on the rear panel of the display unit. The fuse protects
against overvoltage/reverse polarity of the ship's mains or intemal fault of the equipment. If
the fuse blows, first find the problem before repladng it with a new one. Never use a ftise
rated for more than lOA or 5A, since it may cause serious damage to the equipment, OVER
FUSING WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
