Heat accumulator

This dishwasher is equipped with a heat
accumulator, in which fresh water for
the programme is pre-heated and
stored in order to save energy. The heat
accumulator is refilled with fresh water
towards the end of each programme.
The water is held here ready for the
next programme.
If you do not wish to use this function, it
can be switched off by setting the
water water connection (see "Settings –
Water connection").
If the water in the heat accumulator has
not been used for multiple weeks, it will
be automatically drained off for hygienic
reasons. This procedure takes a few
minutes and will occur even with the
dishwasher switched off or the door
open.
Please ensure that the dishwasher is
properly connected.
The display will remain dark while the
heat accumulator is drained off. Press-
ing the  button will show the
accumulat. message on the display.
Other functions will be unavailable dur-
ing this procedure.
Automatic emptying cannot be interrup-
ted.
During the subsequent programme se-
quence, water and energy consumption
will be higher.
The heat accumulator can be manually
drained for transporting the dishwasher,
e.g. when moving house (see "Settings
– Heat accumulator").

The heat accumulator can only be
used in conjunction with a cold water
connection.
Selecting the hot water connection
(see "Settings – Water connection")
deactivates the heat accumulator.
