Boot Performance Mode

This option enables the selection of the default CPU performance during
system boot. The options are Power Saving, Max Non-Turbo Performance
and Turbo Performance.

HardWare P states (HWP)

This option enables the Hardware P State support. The options are Dis-
abled and Enabled.
