chapter. If you are having a problem with your dishwasher,before calling for service please refer to
the Self-Help chapter, If service becomes necessary,contact your dealer or installer or an authorized
service center, Do not attempt to repair the applianceyourself. Any work performed by unauthorized
personnel may void the warrant'/.
If you are having a problem with your BOSCHdishwasherand are not pleased with the service you
have received, pleasetake the following steps(in the order listed below) until the problemiscorrected
to your satisfaction.

your area.

You will find the model number and serial number information on the label located on the right-hand
side of the inner door of the dishwasher. See Figure 1 for an example.
