1 Preparing the battery pack
_) Insert the battery pack into the battery charger.
0 Connect the battery charger to the wall outlet (wall socket).
The CHARGE lamp lights on, and charging starts.
When file CHARGE lamp turns off, ch_uging is finished (Practical ch_rge).
If you continue charging the battery pack ibr about one more hour (until it is flflly charged), the charge
will lasl slightly longer.
Charging time
• Time required to charge a flflly depleted battery pack al a temperature of 25°C (77°F). Charging may take
longer under certain circumslances or condilions.

• Connect the batlery charger to an easily accessible wall oul]el (wall sockel) close by.
• Even if the CHARGE lamp is not lit, the batlery charger is not disconnected hom the AC power source
(lnains) as long as it is connected to the wall outlel (wall socket). If some trouble occurs while using the
