2. Check for proper engagement of the boss
on swing arm with the locating slot on
brake shoe plate.
3. Make sure the rear axle nut is properly
torqued.
Tightening torque: 9.0 m-kg (65 ft-lb)
4. Make sure you adjusted the chain tension.
See page 31 "Drive chain adjustment".
5. Adjust both brake pedal and brakelight
switch.
6. Always use NEW cotter pins.
