Using Your Camcorder Abroad
Each country has its own electricity and TV color systems. Before using your camcorder abroad,
check the following points:
Power Sources
You can use your camcorder in any country with the supplied AC power adaptor within 110 V to 240
V AC, 50/60 Hz. Use a commercially available AC plug adaptor

Difference in Color Systems
This camcorder is an NTSC system-based camcorder. If you want to view the playback picture on a
TV, it must be an NTSC system based TV. When you want to use a PAL-M system based TV, you
will need an NTSC/PAL-M transcoder. Check the following list.

Bahama Islands, Bolivia, Canada, Central America, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Jamaica, Japan, Korea,
Mexico, Peru, Surinam, Taiwan, the Philippines, the U S A., Venezuela, etc.
PAL-system countries
