Installing a memory module

The following notes describe the types of dual inline memory modules (DIMMs) that
your server supports and other information that you must consider when installing
DIMMs:

– Installing an additional pair of DIMMs in slots 5 and 6 for a

Note: For optimal dual-microprocessor performance, install DIMMs in slots 1,
2, 5, and 6.
