218 MAINTENANCE
Park the motorcycle, making
sure the ground is level and
firm.
Remove screws 2.
Remove the trim panel com-
ponent 1.
Remove screws 1 (6 mm with
collar).
Remove screws 2 (3 mm with
collar).
Remove screw 3 (9 mm with
collar).
Bend the engine spoiler 2
down a little, remove the
screw 1.
Detach and remove the fair-
ing side panel 1 from the
grommets 2; to do so, care-
fully bend the upper section
of fairing to the side, if neces-
sary.
