If your area observes DST (daylight saving time), but the
time is incorrect; do "Time Zone Adjust" steps on page 41.
Or, if you use cable box and receive more than one PBS
station, try auto clock set again entering the one you have
not tried yet (See "Clock" on page 40.)

Auto clock set data is not available in your area.
Press ACTION to display Manual Clock Set screen, and
then do steps b) ~ d) on page 11.

Therefore, cable box must be left on and tuned to
PBS channel before VCR power is turned off.

Using AV«4> keys
You can also operate the menu screen using
VCR buttons.
When menu screens are displayed, the PLAY,
STOP, REWIND, and FF buttons on the VCR
and remote function as AW » only with no
tape inserted.
On Remote
A : PLAY «: REW
y : STOP »:FF
To display menu using VCR buttons, press
CH A and CH Y together.
To exit the menu, repeat above.
