c. If you intend to remove the food before the pre-set time, you must press
the "Pause/Cancel" button once to pause cooking. Press this button again
to cancel the preset procedure and resume to standby mode.

3. DEFROST

There are two defrost modes: dEF1 and dEF2, respectively. dEF1 to defrost
by weight and dEF2 to defrost by time.
Press the "Defrost/Clock" button to select defrost by weight or defrost by
time. The screen displays 'dEF1' or 'dEF2' respectively;
Rotate the "Time/Weight" knob to select the weight between 4 oz and 98 oz
to defrost by weight or the time between 0:10 and 60:00 to defrost by time;
After the weight or time entered, press the "START/+30s" button to start
defrosting. The oven beeps after defrosting completed.
During dEF1 defrost by weight process, beeping sounds go off prompting to
turn the food over.
Below is some food defrosting time advice:
dEF1
For defrosting, the weight ranges from 4 to 98 oz.
dEF2
For defrosting, the time ranges from 10 seconds to 60 minutes
a. It is necessary to turn over the food during operation to obtain uniform
effect.
b. Usually defrosting will need longer time than that of cooking the food.
c. If the food can be cut by knife, the defrosting process can be considered
completed.
d. Microwave penetrates around 4cm into most food
e. Defrosted food should be consumed as soon as possible, it is NOT
recommended to refreeze defrosted food.

4. AUTO COOK

There are six automatic cooking menus: Popcorn, Potato, Fresh Vegetable,
Pizza, Beverage and Frozen Vegetable, respectively.
Select the desired menu by pressing the corresponding button. The display
shows 'A.1'~'A.6' respectively;
Rotate the "Time/Weight" knob to select the desired weight/portion, and the
display shows the corresponding weight/portion setting;
Press the "START/+30s" button to start cooking. A buzzing sound goes off
after cooking completed.
