switch will appear on the TV screen.

Connect headphones here.
Volume is adjustable with the
LEVEL control.
If the tape reaches the end during playback,
the tape will be rewound to the beginning
automatically.
To get a freeze picture
Press the §# PAUSE button during normal playback or x2 playback.

Automatic pause release
To protect the video heads and the tape, the pause mode will be automatically
released after about 8 minutes and recording will resume.
The lamp shouid
light up.
Check before playback;
Usually set to the green position.
Audio track select switch = BETA HI-FI
Beta hi-fi select switch
= STEREO
For detailed information about each position of
the switches and its playback sound, see
"SELECTION OF PLAYBACK SOUND" on page 19. °
Sound cannot be heard in
the freeze picture.
