appears, navigate to the location of the application you want, select it and
click on the Open button. The new application will be added to the Scan
To menu. Default is Adobe Photoshop LE.

Choose the document type. Select Color Photo, B/W Photo or B/W
Document. Default is Color Photo

Set the resolution. Select 72, 150, 300, or 600 dpi. Default is 150 dpi.

Set the Brightness. Select from Lightest to Darkest. Default is normal
brightness.
6.
Select a Scan Source. This is the type of image. Select Reflective (prints
or printed material) or Transmissive (transparencies). Default is
Reflective.
7.
Select the scan size. This is the size of the original to be scanned. Default
is A4.
Note: Click on the Default button to return the values in each field to the
default settings.
Configuring the Copy Button Values
These settings will be used whenever you press the Copy button on the front
of the scanner.
1.
Click on the Copy icon.
2.
Select a Print to option. Choose one of the available printers that is
connected to your computer.
3.
Select the type of image you are scanning by clicking on the arrow to the
right of the Document Type field and choosing one of the available
document types from the pop-up menu.
