YOUR MACHINE
As a Nespresso Member, you benefit from lifetime support from our
Coffee specialists including machine troubleshooting services. Please
provide the serial number of your new machine when you first
register, to help us provide personalised customer assistance. This
19-digit code is found on the drip tray or bottom of your machine.

Add a machine and follow the steps.
The serial number, which contains 19 characters, is located under
the barcode. This number is written on a label, which represents the
identity of your machine. This information helps us to confirm your
model and is used for tracking if your machine needs to be sent to
our repair centre. The label with the serial number can be find as
follows:
• On the drip tray
• Under the machine
• On the packaging of your machine
