Features -
"The XDP-U50D is a digital pre-amplitier
which is compatible with the Sony UNILINK
system. This unit can simulate various fistening
"environments according to your taste and the
different
types of music sources. The unit can —
simulate several sound fields depicting different
concert venues. These simulated sound fiek's
include the "CONCERT HALL' effect that re-
creates the feeling of a large enclosed space
and the JAZZ CLUB" effoct with the feeling t
of
being close to the performers and
so on. This
enables you to experience a reproduced sound
that has the same qualities and characteristics
of the original
sound source. The unit
can be
controlled by a'Sony Master unit which is
equipped with the DSP control function.
* Selection can be made from ten surround
modes (HALL, OPERA, CHURCH etc,).
¢ Optimum."Listening position" can be selected
from five different settings.
¢ DSP file function enables the discs to be
played in the customized DSP modes. .
° LSM (Last Sound Memory) function enables
programs to be played with the preset
Surround menu.
* The cutoff frequency of the sub-woofer can be
adjusted.
