REMEDY
1. 15A fuse blows (U.S.A models)
RESULT
Replace latch switch A and short
switch.
Check continuity of short switch
with door closed
Continuity
Shorted contacts of short switch
NOTE: These switches must be re-
placed at the same time (Refer to
page 21 for adjustment instruc-
tions.)
No continuity
(Replace 15A fuse)
Continuity
NOTE: Check continuity of power
relay B's contacts and if continui-
ty, replace it also.
Shorted contacts or incorrect op-
eration of latch switch A and power
relay B
:
Check continuity of latch switch A's
contacts with door partially open
until short switch contacts close
No continuity
Normal
Defective high voltage capacitor
Replace
Disconnect one side of lead wire
connected from high voltage trans-
former to the high voltage capacitor
and operate the oven.
15A fuse again blows
Defective high voltage transformer
Replace
1". 15A fuse blows (Canadian models)
RESULT
REMEDY
Check continuity of short switch
with door closed
Replace latch switch A ind short
switch
Continuity
Shorted contacts of short switch
No continuity
(Replace 15A fuse)
NOTE: These switches nusst be re-
placed at the same tine (Refer to
page 21 for adjustment instruc-

Shorted contacts of latch switch A
Check continuity of latch switch A's
contacts with door partially open
until short switch contacts close
No continuity
Normal
Defective high voltage capacitor
Replace
Disconnect one side of lead wire
connected from high voltage trans-
former to the high voltage capacitor
and operate the oven.
15A fuse again blows
Defective high voltage transformer
Replace
