Turn lid counterclockwise to
unlock lid.

Push the desired speed button: LO or HI. NOTE: LO is recommended
for most foods when using the slicing/shredding disc or fine-shred/
crinkle-cut disc. When finished, press the OFF ( ) button.

Carefully remove blade from
motor shaft.
