GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS This product must be grounded. If a treadmill should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electrical current to reduce the risk of electrical shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug.

ASSEMBLY WARNING There are several areas during the assembly process that special attention must be paid. It is very important to follow the assembly instructions correctly and to make sure all parts are firmly tightened. If the assembly instructions are not followed correctly, the treadmill could have parts that are not tightened and will seem loose and may cause irritating noises.

ASSEMBLY STEP 1 Cut the yellow banding straps and lift the running HARDWARE FOR STEP 1 deck upward from the rear to remove all contents PART TYPE DESCRIPTION from underneath the running deck. ASSEMBLY STEP 2 Open HARDWARE FOR STEP 2. HARDWARE FOR STEP 2 PART TYPE DESCRIPTION Pull the CONSOLE CABLE (3) away from the HEX SOCKET BOLT M8X1.25PX60L treadmill base frame. Connect the CONSOLE CABLE (3) from the MAIN FRAME (2) to the CONSOLE CABLE (3) in the bottom of the RIGHT CONSOLE MAST (4).

ASSEMBLY STEP 3 Open HARDWARE FOR STEP 3. HARDWARE FOR STEP 3 PART TYPE DESCRIPTION Attach LEFT SIDE of the CROSSBAR (1) to the UPRIGHT MAST (2) loosely using HEX SOCKET BOLT M6X1.0PX15L 2 BOLTS. (A) Attach RIGHT SIDE of the CROSSBAR (1) to the UPRIGHT MAST (3) loosely using 2 BOLTS.

ASSEMBLY STEP 5 Open HARDWARE FOR STEP 5. HARDWARE FOR STEP 5 PART TYPE DESCRIPTION Attach the RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE CONSOLE SCREW 4X10L JOINT COVERS (1) using 8 SCREWS (A & B). SCREW 4X15L REMEMBER to tighten CROSSBAR BOLTS into the CONSOLE MASTS (2&3) completely now that assembly is finished.

GETTING STARTED 1) Check to make sure no objects are placed on the belt that will hinder the movement of the treadmill. 2) Plug in the power cord and turn the treadmill ON. (The ON/OFF switch is next to the power cord.) 3) Stand on the side rails of the treadmill.

WORKOUT PROFILES 1) MANUAL: Adjust your speed and incline manually during your workout. 2) INTERVALS: Improves your strength, speed and endurance by increasing and decreasing the speed throughout your workout to involve your heart and other muscles. Includes 10 levels. Speed changes and segments repeat 90 seconds and 30 seconds.
