*When the smell of food concerns you, use a lid of container or plastic wrap. (The food may not be cooled sufficiently)
Depending on the amount and type of food, cooked state, or how the food is placed, quick-cooling and quick-freezing may not
work sufficiently.
When hot or watery food is put in without a cover of a lid or plastic wrap, the surface of the food may get frozen, or frost may
be formed inside the Prime Freeze room. When this concerns you, use a lid of container or plastic wrap.
Hot food should be cooled to a temperature of approx. 70 °C before putting it in.
Do not touch metallic containers, etc. with wet hands. (Frostbite may occur)

compartment after it gets frozen.
Ice cream may become soft.
Store food high in milk fat in the freezer compartment.
Tips
Do not cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap
to cool down the food in a short time.*
Can be used without lids of containers or plastic
wrap.*
Can be used to slightly cool curry source, etc.
When marinated ingredients such as cut chicken for
"karaage (Japanese fried chicken)" and marinated
tuna are put in storage bags together with seasoning
liquids and cooled, the seasonings are penetrated
into such ingredients.
Raw fish meat and raw block meat are difficult to
cut. Slightly cooling such meats allows kitchen
knives to cut well.
Aluminum (metallic) cups are recommended for
puddings and jellies.
(Using pottery, etc. may not cool the food sufficiently)
Put fresh food or rice in plastic wrap or freezer bag,
and bring it into close contact with the aluminum plate.
Seal the food while it is fresh, and quickly freeze it.
Put boiled vegetable in plastic wrap or freezer bag,
and freeze it using "Rapid Freezing".
Place fried food such as fried chicken and cut
vegetables on an aluminum (metallic) plate, and freeze
the food with "Rapid Freezing". Then transfer the food
to a freezer bag or storage container, and store it.
After cut vegetables are frozen, heating cooking is
recommended.
It is recommended to place sherbet on an aluminum
(metallic) plate.
Place sliced bread not to pile on top of one another
on an aluminum plate
where plastic wrap is
spread.
For storage for long
periods after freezing,
move the food to the
freezer compartment.
