Step 1 Preparing
the power
supply

Use tile hattery
pack after charging
it fur yore camcorder.
Your camcorder
operates
only with the "InfoLITHIldM"
battery
pack (L series).
(1) Open the DC IN jack cover and connect the AC power
adaptor
supplied
with your
camcorder
to tile DC IN jack with the plug's
• mark facing up.
(2) Connect
tile power cord to the AC power
adaptor.

(3) Connect
the power cord to a wall outlet.
(4) Set the POWER switch to OFF (CHARGE).
Chmging
begins. The remaining

time is indicated
in minutes
on the display
window.
When the remaining
hattery
indicator
changes

normal charge is completed.
To

f\flly charge the battery
(full charge),
leave the battery
pack attached
for about
1 hour
after normal
charge is completed

Disconnect the AC power adaptor fl'om the DC IN jack on yore camcorder.
Notes
• Prevent
metallic

This may cause a short cilcuit, damaging
the AC power
adaptor.
• Keep the battery
pack chy.
• When the batte W pack is not to be used for a long time, charge the battery
pack once
flflly, and tben use it tmtil it fully discbarges
again. Keep the battel T pack in a cool
place.
