13 PROBLEMS, CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS
Attention, for maintenance operations it is mandatory to use only and exclusively genuine spare parts.
PROBLEM
Pellets are not inserted into
the burn pot
At ignition the boiler is
working for a few minutes
and then goes off in safety.
Pellet loader blocked.
This operation should be
carried out when the boiler
is off, after removing the plug
from the power supply.
Repetitive activation of the
safety thermostat

CAUSE
1) The hopper is empty.

The use of poor quality pellets, the accidental introduction
of sawdust or the accidental deposit of pellets which
obstruct the burner feed chute, can lead to blocking of
the feed screw.

SOLUTION

Often to solve the problem, without the
drop tube from inside the combustion chamber
when the boiler is off and cool and remove the
blocked pellets making them fall inside the burn
pot until the feed screw is completely released.
