BATTERY REMOVAL

This appliance contains batteries that are non-replaceable. When the battery is at the end of
its life, the appliance and battery must be properly disposed of at an official recycling point.
We strongly recommend that a professional removes the rechargeable battery. Parts of
the shaver case, and tools have sharp edges and may cause injury if not handled correctly.
Be aware of the risk of terminals of the battery being short-circuited by metal objects.
The rechargeable battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
1.
Ensure the device is discharged of all power. To do this, switch it on and allow it to run
until it stops.
2.
Remove any attachment.
3.
Using a small screwdriver, carefully pry the two screw covers away from the bottom
housing.
4.
Unscrew the two screws located on the bottom.
5.
Starting at the top seam, carefully use a small flat screwdriver and, following the seam,
pry the top panel apart.
6.
Unscrew the two screws located on front.
7.
Using a small flat screwdriver, pry the bottom housing from the body.
8.
Unscrew the two screws and remove front housing.
9.
Gently pry open the latches of inner housing then remove the circuit board.
10. Disconnect the battery from the circuit board.
Do not attempt to operate the shaver once you have opened it.

To avoid environmental and health problems due to hazardous
substances, appliances and rechargeable and non-rechargeable
batteries marked with one of these symbols must not be disposed of
with unsorted municipal waste. Always dispose of electrical and
electronic products and, where applicable, rechargeable and
non-rechargeable batteries, at an appropriate official recycling/
collection point.
