Position the remote control unit containing the sig-
nal to be programmed and the RC-140 so that their
transmitters face each other.
® The distance between the remote control units is about 2
to 5cm (13/16' to 2').
Press one of the RC-140's "learning" keys to be
used to program the signal.
@ The LEARN indicator lights up.
Within 30 seconds after pressing the "learning"
key, press the key of the other remote control unit
containing the signal to be programmed.
Programming is complete when the lighted LEARN indica-
tor goes out after blinking twice.
Hold the key of the other remote contro! unit depressed
until the LEARN indicator goes out.
To program another remote control signal, repeat steps 2
to 4 again.
