Personal Organizer
The topics in this section allow you to schedule appointments, view the calendar, create
Task lists, set an alarm, perform simple math calculations, and setup your phone so you
can synchronize your files and folders with your desktop.
Date and Time Settings
Clock settings can be accessed from the Today screen by tapping on the screen clock.
Clock settings allow you to set the current time, time zone, date for your home or visiting
location.

From the Today screen, drag and drop one of the following widgets onto the
Today screen.

Analog Clock
•
Digital Clock
•
Dual Clock

Tap the widget.
3.
Tap the Home or Visiting icon.

Current Time Zone

Tap a Time Zone using the drop down arrow.
Note: Tap the year to select a new year.
5.
Tap the Date field, a calendar displays. Tap a date.
