Preparation of vegetables to dehydrate
1. Boil green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus and potatoes so that they can keep their
natural colour. How to boil: Put vegetables in a casserole and boil them for 3 to 5
minutes. Then pour water and spread vegetables in the drying racks.
2. If you want to add a bit of lemon to vegetables, you can soak them in lemon juice
for 2 minutes.
