    FEATURES Dolby Digital Sound This player can handle Dolby Digital surround sound having 5.1 channels when connected to a Dolby Digital Decoder. Still/Fast/Slow/Step Playback Various playback modes are available including still pictures, fast forward/reverse, slow motion and step frames. Program Playback for DVD and Audio CD You can program the tracks to play them in any desired order.

    NOTES ON DISCS PLAYABLE DISCS This player conforms to the NTSC color system. You cannot play discs recorded in other color systems such as PAL or SECAM. Some discs include region codes as shown below. The number inside the symbol refers to a region of the world, and a disc encoded in a specific region format can only be played back on DVD players with the same region code.

    COMMON WAYS TO CONFIGURE YOUR TV OR VCR You must specify the source you wish to view when you are connecting the video out from the Singing Machine to either a TV or a VCR. Every TV and VCR manufacturer accomplishes the set-up a little differently. Even though every TV and VCR is a little different, the general idea is the same - if you have two sources of video signal (cable or antenna and Singing Machine), you have to specify which one is displayed on the screen.

    To connect another audio source (such as a Tuner or an AV Receiver) so you can sing along with its music, simply connect the Audio Output jacks (Red & White RCA jacks) to the Singing Machine’s AUX IN R & L jacks and choose the AUX mode by pressing FUNCTION button.

Connect one end of the coaxial cable to the SUBWOOFER LINE OUT Jack at the singing machine, connect the other end to the input jack of the active subwoofer. Then users can enjoy supreme sound effect through the built-in speakers and external active subwoofer.

    INITIAL SETUP User can use the setup button to control the setting of this unit. The setup menu is divided into three main categories: General Setup, Dolby Digital Setup and Preference Setup. GENERAL SETUP SETTING THE TV DISPLAY The aspect ratio of the TV can be changed by selecting one of the following options.

    INITIAL SETUP DOLBY DIGITAL SETUP DYNAMIC There can be great differences in the sound levels between different portions of a movie. Explosions are extremely loud and whispers can be almost impossible to hear. Dolby Digital helps balance the sound in a movie to a more consistent level using the dynamic range control in this unit.
