TTL AUTO FLASH OPERATION
The difference between Automatic Balanced Fill-Flash
and
8tandard
TIL Flash
is
in
whether
the flash
output
level
is
automatically compensated or
not. Operation
is
the
same,
1.
8et camera's metering system and exposure
mode, referring
to
previous table,

Turn
8peedlight on,
If
Wide-Area
focus
is set on
the
camera,
it
automatically
switches over to 8pot
Area focus
when
the 8peedlight
connected
to the
camera is
tumed
on,
In this
case,

blinks
in
the LCD panel,
and

appears
inside the
viewfinder.
If
8peedlight
is
not set at
TIL
auto
flash mode,
in
Programmed Auto
exposure mode,

blinks to
alert
that
Programmed
Auto exposure can be used only for

8et 8peedlight's mode selector
to TIL,

8B-23, setting
mode
selector
to TIL
simultaneously
turns 8peedlight on,

and lightly
press shutter
release
button, while confirming
exposure
indication in

LCD readout.

is
on, then
fully
depress shutter
release button to take
a picture,

ready-light
blinks for
a
few seconds after shooting:
Flash has
fired at
maximum
output,
but
the
light might
have been insufficient for
correct exposure of subject.
Confirm shooting distance and, if necessary,
move
closer
to
subject, or select wider aperture,
