Creating Index Prints for All Pictures

Index prints have an image mode setting of
in folders consisting of a three-digit folder number followed by "INDEX" (e.g.,
"101INDEX"; if the highest numbered folder is not already an index folder,
a new folder will be created by adding one to the highest folder number). If
an index print contains less than sixteen pictures, the remaining space will be
fi lled by white squares.
