multR( number , matrix , row
Returns the result of a "row multiplication" matrix
operation, where:
a. The specified row of a real or complex matrix is
multiplied by a real or complex number.
b. The results are stored in the same row.

Returns the number of combinations of items (
number ( r ) at a time. Both arguments must be real
nonnegative integers.
