Sets degree angle mode.

Designates each element in list as degrees.
Deltalst( list )
Returns a list containing the differences between
consecutive real or complex elements in list. This
subtracts the first element in list from the second
element, the second from the third, and so on. The
resulting list is always one element shorter than list.
