1020 Built-in battery

Before you replace the built-in battery, do the following:
1. Disable the built-in battery. See "Disabling the built-in battery" on page 50.
2. Remove the Nano-SIM-card and microSD card tray, nano-SIM-card, and microSD card. See "Removing
the Nano-SIM-card and microSD card tray, nano-SIM-card, and microSD card" on page 50.
3. Remove the base cover assembly, see "1010 Back cover assembly " on page 51.

Use only the authorized battery specified for your computer. Any other battery could ignite or
explode.
