3. DINNER DELIGHTS

DINNER DELIGHTS will cook any of the dinners listed
in the chart by simply following the directions in the
lnteractive Display and on the Recipe Card. Follow
Recipe Card for ingredients and instructions.
• Suppose you want to use DINNER DELIGHTS to
cook Yellow Rice and Chicken.
DINNER DELIGHT RECIPES
1.YELLOW RICE AND CHICKEN
Place in a 3 quart casserole:
1 package (5 - 8 ounces) yellow rice mix with
flavor packet
2 cups chicken broth
Stir well and cover. Touch DINNER DELIGHTS,
number 1 and touch START/Minute Plus.
At pause, stir well and add:
1 cup frozen peas
1 red pepper, diced

pounds boneless chicken cutlets, sliced into

thin strips
Re-cover. Touch START/Minute Plus.
At end, garnish with parsley.
2. DRESSED-UP MEAT LOAF
Mix together well:

pounds lean ground beef

cup soft bread crumbs

cup red wine

1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons chopped onion

teaspoon salt

teaspoon dry mustard

teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
Place in a 9 x 5-inch glass loaf dish.
Touch DINNER DELIGHTS, number 2 and touch
START/Minute Plus.
If desired, spread top of meat loaf with
during last 2 minutes of cooking time.
At end, remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to
stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

Combine in small dish:
Stir well. Brush on:
Place loin in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole. Cover with
vented plastic wrap.

Place in a 3 quart casserole:
8 - 9 ounces fresh tortellini
Stir well and cover. Touch DINNER DELIGHTS, number
4 and touch START/Minute Plus.
At pause, stir well and add:
