AVOID INJURY FROM ROLLAWAY

Death or serious injury may result if you attempt to
mount or stop a moving machine.
To avoid rollaways:
• Select level ground when possible to park machine.
• Do not park the machine on a grade.
• Lower the bucket to the ground.
• Run the engine at slow idle speed without load for 5
minutes to cooling it.
• Stop the engine and remove the key from the key
switch.
• Pull the pilot controls shut-off lever to LOCK position.
• Block both tracks and lower the bucket to the ground,
thrust the bucket teeth into the ground if you must
park on a grade.
• Position the machine to prevent rolling.
• Park a reasonable distance from other machines.
