Use water to immediately clean up any brake fluid
that has overflowed or spilled.

Move the brake fluid reservoir mounted on the handlebar to
a horizontal position.

Remove screws

Take off cover
–
Manually press the brake caliper toward the brake disc to
push back the brake pistons. Ensure that brake fluid does
not flow out of the brake fluid reservoir; extract some if
necessary.

Make sure that you do not press the brake caliper
against the spokes when pushing back the brake
pistons.

Remove cotter pin
brake linings.

Clean the brake caliper and the brake caliper bracket.
