PART 4: OPERATION

Electronic knob control

Activate the motor
Press the whole button to activate/stop the lamp and motor.
Functions Select
Roll the knob to select the according function below.
Lamp low speed suction
Lamp on with low level suction.
Lamp medium speed suction
Lamp on with medium level suction.
Lamp high speed suction
Lamp on with high level suction.
Low Speed suction
It's used for Ventilation on the kitchen. It is suitable for simmering and cooking which do not make
much steam.
Medium Speed suction
Airflow speed is ideally for ventilation in standard cooking operation.
High Speed suction
When high density of smoke or steam produced, press high-speed button for highest effective
ventilation.
Timer
Motor will stop automatically after 5 minutes.
