To view address records

Press the
The Address screen appears and shows a list of addresses that are
currently booked.

Rotate the Jog Dial to select the address record you want to
view.
If the address record you want to view is not shown, continue rotateing
the Jog Dial around to scroll up and down the whole list.

Press the Jog Dial.
The selected address record appears.

To return to the list of addresses, press the Jog Dial.
Return to the Address screen.

You can use the Scroll buttons to display the address list and scroll up and down the
Address screen.
You can also use the stylus and scroll bar to scroll a screen.
If you want to view images pasted to Address information, tap a image on the
Address screen. The image fills the screen. To return the Address screen, tap the
image again.
To view the next page of addresses
Rotate the Jog Dial in the Address screen.
The preceding next page or previous page of data will be displayed.

You can also select the category to display from the list. Tap
corner of the screen.
