Tap the Date dropdown list in the Format Preferences, and
select a format.

Tap the Week starts dropdown list in the Format
Preferences, and select whether Sunday or Monday.
This setting controls the Day, Week, Month, and Agenda views in The
Date Book and all other aspects of your Sony handheld that displays a
calendar.
