retaining screws have been tightened.
Remove and reinsert the failing module.

If the problem persists, contact the nearest Nortel Networks Technical
Solutions Center.

The EtherSpeedII 10/100BASE-T switch module requires version
4.1.2 software or greater.
The EtherSpeedII 100BASE-FX switch module requires version
4.2.1 software or greater.
