S100 / OPMI® pico S 100 suspension systems Changing the pneumatic spring Removal: 1) Remove OPMI® from the suspension arm. 2) Set balancing screw to maximum weight (turn cw). 3) Remove the locking screw and the top cover from the suspension arm. 4) Remove protection flap (1).

To do this, apply KL 44 threadlocker to the thread of screws (2), screw them in and tighten them only to such an extent that the balancing screw can still be turned and no snapping noise can be heard when the suspension arm is moved up or down.

S100 / OPMI® pico Installation: 1) Thread the cable through the suspension arm and secure it position using cable ties. 2) Mount the potentiometer. 3) Re-attach the knob and the cap. 4) Slightly press the halves of the arm together and secure the cable from the illumination potentiometer in the clip on the upper half of the arm, if necessary.
