To configure a 7.1-channel audio output:

erase the RTC RAM:
Turn OFF the computer and unplug the power cord.
Press the Clear CMOS button.
Plug the power cord and turn ON the computer.
re-enter data.
DO NOT press the Clear CMOS button except when clearing the RTC RAM, doing so
will cause system boot failure!
If the steps above do not help, remove the onboard button cell battery and press the
Clear CMOS button again to clear the CMOS RTC RAM data. After clearing the CMOS,
reinstall the button cell battery.
Ensure that the ASUS Wi-Fi moving antenna is securely installed to the Wi-Fi ports.
Ensure that the antenna is at least 20 cm away from all persons.
